Payment Terms

At Didriver, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and convenient checkout experience. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, transaction currency, payment authorization, billing verification, payment security, and other payment-related terms.

This policy applies to purchases made through the Didriver online store.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Didriver accepts the payment methods currently displayed during checkout.

Credit and Debit Cards

Eligible credit and debit cards may be accepted through the following card networks:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
  • JCB
  • UnionPay
  • Elo

Card availability may depend on the card issuer, issuing country, transaction currency, customer location, and payment provider requirements.

Digital Wallets and Accelerated Checkout

Depending on the customer's device, browser, location, eligibility, and checkout configuration, available accelerated checkout options may include:

  • Shop Pay
  • Google Pay

Not every payment method will appear for every customer.

The payment methods displayed during checkout are the current payment options available for that particular transaction.

Didriver does not guarantee that every listed payment method will be available to every customer, device, browser, or transaction.

2. Shop Pay Installments

Where displayed during checkout, eligible customers may have the option to pay in full or use installment payments through Shop Pay.

Installment availability may depend on:

  • Customer eligibility
  • Order value
  • Customer location
  • Payment provider approval
  • Applicable Shop Pay terms

Didriver does not independently approve, finance, or administer Shop Pay installment plans.

Approval decisions, payment schedules, disclosures, fees, and other installment terms are determined by the applicable payment provider and will be presented to eligible customers during checkout.

Using an installment payment option does not change Didriver's Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, or other store policies.

3. Currency and Pricing

Prices on our website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Before payment is submitted, checkout will display the applicable:

  • Product subtotal
  • Discounts
  • Shipping charges, if any
  • Applicable taxes
  • Final order total

Didriver currently offers free standard shipping for eligible orders delivered within the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers should review the complete order total before submitting payment.

If a customer's card or payment account uses a currency other than USD, their bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or additional fees.

Any such conversion fees or foreign transaction charges are determined by the customer's financial institution and are not controlled by Didriver.

4. Payment Authorization

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed and fulfilled.

When an order is submitted, the selected payment method may be authorized or charged according to the applicable payment provider's procedures.

Orders may remain subject to:

  • Payment authorization
  • Fraud screening
  • Inventory confirmation
  • Billing verification
  • Order verification

We may place an order on hold or cancel it if payment cannot be successfully authorized or important transaction information cannot be verified.

When reasonably possible, we will notify the customer using the contact information provided with the order.

5. Temporary Authorization Holds

A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold on a customer's payment account when an order is attempted or submitted.

An authorization hold is not necessarily a completed charge.

If an order is canceled, declined, or not completed, the customer's financial institution may require additional time to remove the authorization.

The timing of authorization releases is determined by the applicable bank or payment provider and is outside Didriver's control.

6. Billing Information and Verification

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information during checkout.

Where applicable, billing information may include:

  • Cardholder or account holder name
  • Billing address
  • ZIP or postal code
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Security code

The billing information entered during checkout should correspond with the information associated with the selected payment method.

An order may be reviewed, delayed, placed on hold, or canceled when:

  • Payment authorization fails
  • Billing information is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Billing information cannot be verified
  • A transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent
  • Multiple payment attempts are unsuccessful
  • Important order information cannot be verified

These measures are intended to help protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions.

7. Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout and the applicable payment providers made available during checkout.

Payment information is transmitted through the secure checkout and payment processing environment.

Didriver does not directly store complete credit card or debit card numbers on its own website servers.

Customers should never send sensitive payment credentials to Didriver by email, telephone, social media, or contact form, including:

  • Complete card numbers
  • Card security codes
  • Payment account passwords
  • Banking passwords
  • Account login credentials

8. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment cannot be completed, customers should verify:

  • Card or account information
  • Billing address
  • ZIP or postal code
  • Expiration date
  • Security code
  • Available funds or available credit
  • Any restrictions imposed by their financial institution

Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider for additional information.

Orders associated with unsuccessful payments cannot be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

9. Duplicate or Pending Charges

After multiple checkout attempts, a customer may occasionally see more than one pending authorization.

Pending authorizations do not necessarily represent completed charges.

Unsuccessful or canceled authorizations are generally removed according to the customer's bank or payment provider processing timeline.

If multiple transactions have fully posted to an account rather than remaining pending, please contact Didriver so we can review the transaction.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Email address associated with the order
  • Transaction date
  • Transaction amount

Please do not send complete card numbers or security codes.

10. Order Confirmation

After an order has been successfully submitted, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers should review their confirmation carefully, including:

  • Product selection
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Contact information
  • Order total

If any information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk email folder and verify that the email address entered during checkout was correct.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Order cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Didriver processes approved refunds within 3 days after the applicable return or refund has been reviewed and approved.

After Didriver submits the refund, the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in the customer's account.

This additional posting time is determined by the financial institution and is outside Didriver's control.

Refunds generally cannot be issued to a different card, bank account, or payment method.

12. Payment Disputes and Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or identify an unauthorized transaction associated with Didriver, please contact us promptly so we can review the available order and transaction information.

Please provide:

  • Order number, if available
  • Customer's full name
  • Email address used for the order
  • Transaction date
  • Transaction amount
  • Description of the payment concern

Customers may also contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider regarding unauthorized transactions or billing disputes.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law or through their card issuer or payment provider.

13. Changes to Available Payment Methods

Available payment methods may change depending on:

  • Payment provider availability
  • Customer eligibility
  • Customer location
  • Device
  • Browser
  • Transaction currency
  • Store checkout configuration

The payment methods displayed during checkout are the current and controlling payment options available for that particular transaction.

Didriver will not require customers to make payment through an unlisted personal account, cryptocurrency wallet, private money-transfer account, or payment method communicated only through private messages.
